My Story…
is one of excruciating heartbreak, severe chronic illness and financial devastation—a twelve-year journey that had me fighting for my life.
It All Shifted for Me When…
I realized that I had created some of these problematic dynamics and perpetual experiences due to my unconscious core beliefs.
The Journey...
brought with it much pain, and yet yielded many gifts. I learned through pain, that the love which I was seeking externally, was within me. When it came down to life or death, the only choice I had was to choose me.
What Saved My Life…
was the decision to fully love and care for myself, realizing that I could no longer give from an empty cup, leaving myself drained and void of energy.
My Story…

In the midst of being broken, I was given the gifts of fortitude, gratitude, patience, presence and purpose. I found the strength within myself to walk by faith and not by sight, to discern fact from fiction and remain steadfast on the path to recovery.
Since then I have taken everything I’ve learned about thriving in the face of adversity and I’m sharing it with others as a roadmap to recovery and healing.

When you allow life’s inevitable uncomfortable moments to be part of your learning process, you’re teaching yourself to handle whatever life throws your way.
We cannot control what’s happening in the world, but we can control the part we play. We get to choose how we respond to and grow from our challenges.
The obstacles on our path that we think are in our way, more often than not, lead us to unlocking our greatest potential. When we are able to tap into the power of resilience and choose to see setbacks as opportunities, we learn to bounce back more easily and readily from challenging times.
